Keegan, or "Ladyhawk's Little Wing" as he is registered, is our third and FINAL canine family member. He is Keiko's full brother, but from a litter one year later. Their birthdays are actually on the same day just one year apart!

Keegan is a "parti brindle" - mostly white with large patches of brown with black brindle markings. Although they have the same parents, Keiko and Keegan couldn't be more different in appearance and personality. Keegan was a bundle of love and boundless energy from the moment we brought him home. I would have to say that Kodi was not too happy with the new addition at first. However, once again she fulfilled her role as surrogate mother to the little puppy. This time, there were two "mommies" to help raise our puppy. That is the closest our girls will ever get to having puppies of their own since they are both fixed.

Our son, Danny, really bonded with Keegan. Keegan is a constant kisser...I've never seen a dog like this one. He licks everyone and every body part he can get near. Danny is the only one of us that actually enjoys this! Michael's Dad has nicknamed Keegan "Jumpy Licky". That pretty much sums him up!
